About Me

Creating immersive worlds is my ultimate artistic passion. A world building nerd through and through, I love taking inspiration from history and media to create costumes that speak to the culture, environment, influences, and motivations of a character in a way that enhances the overall production.

I am a recent graduate of Shenandoah University, where I received extensive training and experience in the area of costume design and other technical theatre and production specialties. As a part of my education, I was given the opportunity to costume design a production of Antigone and co-costume design a production of Spamalot

In addition to costume design, I have a fondness for pattern drafting, special effects makeup, large theatrical puppets, and film wardrobe. My favorite projects so far have been building monster puppets for She Kills Monsters, building the Fruma Sera puppet for Fiddler on the Roof, working as a wardrobe assistant for the film Miss Valentine, building the Tin Man costume for Wizard of Oz, and drafting and building the Lady of the Lake dress for Spamalot.

I can’t wait to get out into the industry and discover what I can do and the experiences I can have. I’d love to work with you in any capacity, be it stitcher or designer, film or theatre. I love to meet passionate and talented people, and I hope that I can bring passion and skill to a team as well. I have a particular interest in fantasy (nerd alert!), but I can find something to love in any genre. I look forward to hearing from you!
